Tech Emirates Advocates (TEA), the Emirates chapter of Global Tech Advocates (GTA), is dedicated to uniting decision-makers and thought leaders in the tech industry. Backed by partners like Baseel Partners LLP, TEA focuses on bridging the global skills gap through mentorship, internship, and advocacy in diversity, digital skills, immigration, infrastructure, and funding. Our mission is to build an inclusive, future-ready tech ecosystem in Emirates.
This program offers a comprehensive skill development experience for young talent, allowing interns to work on various projects. We seek students interested in internship. Interns will be provided support to develop their skills and gain real-world experience or exposure to international projects. We seek mentors interested in mentorship. Mentors will have the opportunity to shape the future of younger talent and grow their professional networks.
Candidate/Mentor needs to get registered
on our Talent Pool Platform.
CVs will be evaluated and scrutinised
for eligibility.
Candidate/Mentor will get an introductory
mail if shortlisted.

assessment and interviews as appropriate

Interns can work on live projects under the guidance of mentors and senior professionals, gaining international client exposure.
Our partner Baseel's -Talent Pool Management Platform tracks intern progress, with mentors providing feedback based on KPIs.
Primarily a remote program, but interns can travel (e.g., to the UK) for onsite experience if they cover expenses or secure sponsorship.
